‘Loading Artist’ is a webcomic loosely based on the life of an artist who wants to get better and get noticed.
The webcomic is created entirely by me, Gregor Czaykowski. I am also an artist who wants to get better (purely coincidental) and I have always wanted to make a web comic so here it is.
If you are a millionaire (billionaires are also accepted) investor and you are excited about the idea of giving me lots of money so I can create these comics full-time, please feel free to contact me. Also if you just want to say hi or something, that would be cool too.

When do you post a new comic?
Right now I’m on a “wheneverly” schedule, so whenever I think of an idea I like, I’ll do it and post it. Here’s the part where I tell you it’d be best for you to follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or G+, because I’ll let you know as soon as I upload a new comic.

Why don’t you just post a new comic EVERY DAY?
I’d like to, except I have a day job that takes up half of my life already.

What do you use to make your comics?
I use Adobe Photoshop with my Wacom Intuos 4 tablet (although recently got a Wacom Cintiq which I’ve been using for the initial sketch now). Here’s a video of me making a comic.

I just found your webcomic today and absolutely love it. It’s the best one I’ve seen in all my time on the Internet, which is saying something.
My Birthday is May 2nd and I’m having my 15th birthday next week, but I would rather a “Sweet 16″ Happy Birthday. If you choose to accept, (Which I hope you do) everything is up to you. If not, I’ma cry in a hole… or something. Wonderful Comics! I check for a new one every day!

Donald Duck was once banned in Sweden because he did not wear pants. Oh no….. What if Loading Artist gets banned too?

In the sea of webcomics you depicted so beautifully, yours is the only one I consistently check into. It’s not your humour per se (not that it isn’t fantastic) but it is that everything about your website and your comics is perfectly crafted and inviting. You could make the lamest joke and I would still enjoy it a lot simply for the beautifu charm of the artwork. I really believe you have the capacity to make this a fantasticly lucrative endevour. I would love for you to be able to do this full-time. I must congratulate you on not going the cheap “shoot 5 ipads” ad banner route. The ad banner you did put up is keeping in the calming escapist vibe of the site. I agree with a previous poster that you should, when the comic has grown sufficiently, consider creating an android app. It’s a massive undertaking but it would be fantastic for me to get a ping from my phone to tell me that I have a new comic to read that will provide magnificent escapism for a few minutes.
