This week’s comic is the result of a very late night comic thinking session. Now it’s 6am and I think I might get changed and go down to the gym before going to sleep, otherwise I won’t get up in time to do it.
Oh and I set up my new computer desk which is awesome and huge and I also got myself a mechanical keyboard so I’m all KLAKKITY KLAKKITY KLAK and it’s insanely satisfying to type on.

It’s sad that he is drawing a heart with an arrow through it in the sand… It ads much more depth to the entire comic and makes you feel more connected to the artist… especially considering the recent lost and found comic that came out two weeks ago. I love it!

Looks like the previous comments already covered the references which also sprang to my mind. In addition: Super Mario RPG, which is kick-ass.
I’m not really sure what to make of this comic, to be honest. Just on its own, the first panel really nails the deep, sombre mood of the recent… unpleasantness… which is an impressive feat. But then you’ve got the all seeing eye thing which feels kind of creepy. Unless that’s the point? A comment on the inherent uneasiness of any strong religious belief?
Bah, over-thinking again. In any case, it looks damn pretty.

i wonder if I got it right.. this comic is sad.. in a sense that.. he’s not the only one.. lonely in a hill.. thinking of love and what ifs.. some else is also doing that.. like, the two of them might be looking at the same star.. lonely and sad while rummaging through their own thoughts..
