This week’s comic is inspired by true events. I find myself refreshing the Facebook page every now and then to check how many people like it. It’s really a gamble on my emotions.
Wondering if I should write more on these posts.. hmm.. work has been busy, I have been designing a lot of user interfaces an- oh god boring nevermind. I’ll just let the comic do the talking.

A friend of mine linked me to this comic after I made a whiny blog post about the drop in “likes” of my own webcomic. I am so glad I am not the only one who does this.

As a fellow web-comic artist with an addiction to their comic’s facebook page, I can say this comic is 100% relatable, true, brilliant and horrifying. Although facebook tends to skip a couple of users every once in a while. Refresh and it’ll give your values within a +/- 1 margin.

Brilliant work! It shows how an artist is so sensitive to the response of his work and how ecstatic he is to gain a fan. Or tense to lose one….

School is starting up, so plenty of people do that so they focus on their schoolwork; I like to watch my friend’s list fluctuate by 10 people on a regular basis without me adding or removing anyone.

I’m just curious, where all do you promote your website at? Because when I found you, I had to search for you because I saw your work posted on another site.
I do the same thing with mine. It’s torture, pure and simple. Even worse is watching the WordPress stats, refreshing and refreshing and the number never goes up. And they tell you when your best day was, and it was MONTHS ago, and you know that’s probably a high water mark you’ll never see again and oh I need a drink….
